Chemistry, Physics and Human Biology, taught in small classes (max 10) by experienced ATAR grads who sat the WACE papers. Biology and Psychology info included for students weighing up the full WA science line-up.
WA offers five ATAR sciences, each demanding a different style of brain. Chemistry is conceptual and bonds maths to molecules. Physics is mathematical and rewards problem-solving. Human Biology is structured recall layered onto body systems. Biology zooms out to ecosystems, plants and evolution. Psychology pivots to behaviour, memory and research methods. Below, the side-by-side, then a deeper page for each.

The conceptual one. Master how electrons behave and the rest of the syllabus rewrites itself: bonding, equilibrium, organic, redox.
The mathematical one. Motion, forces, waves, electromagnetism, quantum. Big rewards if you like solving problems with equations.
Body systems, genetics, evolution, immunity, infectious disease. Heavy on structured recall, and the most popular WA science.
The broader life-sciences one: ecosystems, biodiversity, plants, animals, evolution and how living systems respond to change. Educatta doesn't teach this yet.
Behaviour, memory, learning, the brain, and research methods. Heavy on writing and structured argument. Educatta doesn't teach this yet.
