Use these for revision and practice papers

The actual WACE exam supplies its own SCSA-issued formula sheet for Methods, Specialist and Physics. These downloads are for daily study, homework and timed practice in the lead-up. Always cross-reference the official SCSA sheet before each exam.

Three ways students use these

1

Print and pin

Print A4 colour, pin above your desk. The single highest-leverage thing you can do in Term 4 of Year 11. Visual recall does the work for you.

2

Past paper companion

Tape one inside your past paper folder. Practice exam questions with the same sheet you'll have in the room. Builds the lookup habit.

3

Recall blank, fill in

Print a blank version (or just the headings) and fill in formulas from memory weekly. The most underused active recall technique in Methods and Physics.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Are these the official SCSA formula sheets?

These are Educatta-prepared formula sheets matched to the current SCSA syllabus content. The official SCSA formula sheets supplied in WACE exams may differ in formatting. Always cross-reference the SCSA-issued formula sheet for the exam itself; use ours for daily practice and revision.

Can I bring these into the WACE exam?

No. Only the SCSA-supplied formula sheet (where applicable) is permitted in the exam itself. These downloads are for study, revision and practice papers outside the exam room.

Do these cover Year 11 or Year 12?

Each sheet covers the full ATAR course (Units 1 to 4) so you can use it from the start of Year 11 through to your Year 12 exam. Year 12 students often print one and slip it into their workbook for daily practice.

What if a formula isn't on the sheet?

WACE expects you to derive or recall some formulas, especially in Methods and Physics. Our sheets cover what's typically supplied in exams plus the most common derived formulas. If something feels missing, check the SCSA syllabus glossary or ask your tutor.
