Inside a class

What a live online class actually looks like

Not a recorded video, not a chatbot. A real tutor running a real class on Google Meet, with you in the room.

📹

Cameras and mics on, by default

Every student joins with their camera on. The tutor sees the room, students see each other. Class feels like a class, not an email thread.

🖊️

Shared digital whiteboard

The tutor works through worked examples on a live whiteboard everyone can see, scroll back through, and screenshot. Same as a school whiteboard, just bigger and rewindable.

🙋

Tutor calls on you by name

Just like a small class. The tutor asks questions, picks a student, walks through the answer with them. Nobody hides at the back.

📄

Workbook posted to your door

The same physical workbook our Bentley and Canning Vale students use, sent to your address before term starts. Write on it, scribble on it, keep it for revision.

💬

Direct chat with your tutor

Stuck on homework at 9pm? Send a message in your class chat. Your tutor replies between classes, not just during them.

🔁

Class recording for revision

Every class is recorded and shared with enrolled students afterwards. Miss something? Re-watch it. Cramming for an exam? Skim the highlights.

What you get

Everything Online students get when they enrol

Programs run for the full school year, covering Year 11 and Year 12 ATAR. Here is what is included from day one.

Educatta Learning Advisor speaking with a parent

A dedicated Learning Advisor

A single named point of contact for your family. They handle progress updates, scheduling and strategy so parents always know what is happening.

Educatta workbooks and study resources stacked on a desk

Extensive resources

Custom workbooks mapped to SCSA dot points, mock exams, formula sheets, past papers and a digital library of study tools. All included.

Educatta tutors at the Bentley centre

Expert tutors

Every tutor is a 97+ ATAR graduate, WWCC checked, and trained internally on the SCSA syllabus. They know exactly what the exam wants.

Small Educatta classroom with a tutor and a few students

Small classes

Maximum 10 students per class. Big enough for class discussion, small enough that every student gets the tutor's attention.

What a week looks like

The Educatta weekly rhythm

A simple weekly cycle that builds habit, not pressure.

1

Live class

Each week kicks off with a focused 2-hour class. Your tutor walks through new content, drills past-paper questions with the group, and answers anything you brought back from school.

2

Practice between classes

Between sessions you work through a single workbook chapter plus a small set of exam-style questions, light enough to actually finish and focused enough to lock the topic in.

3

Direct chat with tutor

Stuck halfway through the week? Message your tutor through the class chat and you will usually have a reply by the end of the day.

4

24/7 mentor support

And whenever you feel lost or unsure what to do next, your tutor or Learning Advisor gives you a clear plan rather than a vague reply. Real direction on what to revise, what to skip, and how to spend the week ahead.

And the cycle picks up next week

Try Educatta Online risk-free

Stick to the recommended weekly plan for two consecutive Educatta terms. If your child's school marks, subject average, or our test grades have not moved, you get every cent back. No fine print, no fight.

★★★★★
"FIFO dad here. My son in Year 12 was struggling with Methods and we couldn't find decent tutoring up north. Educatta online has saved his ATAR. The tutors keep us in the loop every week."

"Genuinely surprised how good the online setup is. Better than the local options we tried. The class chat with the tutor between lessons is brilliant."

Online (live) FAQs

What tech do I need?
A laptop or tablet with a working camera and microphone, plus a stable internet connection. We use Google Meet plus a shared digital whiteboard.
Will I receive the same workbook as in-person students?
Yes. Each term we post your workbook to your home address before classes start so you have the same printed material.
Is the class size still small online?
Yes, online classes are capped at 10 students just like our in-person classes, with the same direct chat with your tutor between sessions.
Can I switch between online and in-person?
Yes. If you start online and want to come into Bentley or Canning Vale for a session, just message your tutor and we will reserve a seat.
